Me and my mom and my dad were going to ihop and my mom food got a meat and my mom was so mad today at ihop so we are not coming back to ihop

Yes it might be $4.29 but it's mines okay and that's all to it, 1 Tea 2 two cheeseburger combos that came with fries an drinks and so that's three drinks that I didn't receive and I paid $34 it's just not good customer service everybody is nonchalant and it's been a week,,

Our waiter was very nice and very good at her job and our food came out in time and the food taste great!

IHOP has raised their prices - which would be ok as long as you still felt like you received good value for your dollar. Unfortunately that is not the case. First the drinks are now 3.50 for a very small glass. I got one refill so it was equivalent to an $1 drink anywhere else. We substituted the fries on one meal for broccoli which arrived cold and minus the garlic sauce and was also 3.50. Plus they didn't credit anything for not receiving the fries. I did insist they provide me with fries to take home but it was a struggle and they acted as if they did me a favor. I ordered a tone steak that was paper thin - they said that is the ihop tbone. Never again. They had to deprecate because it wasn't even a tbone - so the rest of my food sat and got cold waiting for that. My order had 3 items and all came out on separate plates - not looking appetizing at all. I talked to the manager who said they have new owners that are squeezing every penny out of them. I have been a happy ihop consumer for decades but this will be my last visit. For what we spent on mediocre food, we could have gone to a much better restaurant - from now on I will be going to First Watch, Perkins, Dennys. Don't waste your money / I left feeling ripped off.

From the moment I walked in to IHOP McMinnville Oregon, I was impressed by the friendly and attentive staff who warmly greeted me and made me feel right at home. The atmosphere was cozy, comfortable, and inviting, making it the perfect setting for a relaxing meal. But what really stood out to me was the delicious food. Went for dinner at the IHOP around nacogdoches road and 1604 loop, in San Antonio Texas. Place was very clean including the bathrooms. Fast service, very courteous server. Food arrived hot and delicious.

I order a DoorDash order 7:05pm today. I receive some parts of my order. I've calling the 28 times and first two times it rung someone answered and hung up I've been calling sense and still haven't gotten through to someone I spent 47.00 to only received at least 15.00 worth of food

The over all rating if the restaurant and food is great! But the damn waitresses are $#*! arguing in-front of costumer's 24-7 talking about things they shouldn't be talking about being rude to the ones who are actually doing their job. Management needs to do their jobs right in hiring the right people!

Jared was our server he really made our day with how nice and interactive he was. This was an absolute amazing experience and we will definitely come visit again.

Valdosta, GA. Do not eat there. The food was really bad in taste and temperature. Serving small portions on a small plate doesn’t trick anyone and the prices are too high for what you get. The roach I killed inside the menu should have been an indicator to leave. Server was great. Not her fault.

I had ordered and paid for my order and once arriving at the location for pick up. I was told my order wasn't prepared by the stated time of pick up. After arriving at the store I had stood at the front counter waiting about ten minutes. I had to ask someone about my order.

The worst service and food ever. I paid $53 for Pancake Sampler, and a Fish plate to be delivered. The pancakes came cold and dry. They never put a drop of butter on the pancakes. There was one little holder for the blueberries; cold, nasty and dry. They forgot my hash browns. There was no tarter sauce for the fish. How do places like this survive -the IHOP at SENOIA ROAD, FAIRBURN GA.? Then to make matters worse, they don't even have control of their own business to fix things. The Manager told me to Call UBEREATS. Yet, UBEREATS said:"You have to call the store". DISGUISTED!

I went to the Ihop in Waterloo Iowa and was impressed by the service by the manager and server. Also, the food was a good value. I will be back.

Hospital food I mean seriously the best way to describe it as hospital food and I just had it this morning. I literally just a IHOP this morning and it tasted like hospital food. In fact I'm pretty sure the hospital food that I ate last time I was in the hospital is better than IHOPs sub-par hospital food. IHOP? More like IWouldRatherBeHospitalized because, at least then, I wouldn't have to worry about some nasty ass food that somehow tastes like hospital food, if hospital food was just slightly worse than it actually typically is. Also, the word hospice comes to mind literally, there was an old woman in the booth behind me. She kept choking and sounded like had a death rattle in her throat. (Yuck!) I looked behind me in disbelief to see an old woman, staring at me with her eyes wide open, and the worst part was that she wasn't even eating any food. She would literally just drinking orange juice, but for some reason kept acting like she was choking on bacon or something. I am convinced that IHOP is somewhere in between between the twilight zone and HELL, ...

I made a online delivery order with IHOP in Emeryville, CA. When I received my order all my food was not in the order, 3 items. I called the restaurant to inform them. I ended up having to go to the restaurant to get my food after I paid for a delivery. I was told I would get refunded some of my money which did not happen. The manager was very dismissive when talking to me. He started speaking with someone else before helping me after waiting over 5 mins before he came to the front, then before he was finish with my problem he started helping someone else. They wanted me to contact DoorDash but the mistake was not DoorDash fault, and it says in the order email to contact restaurant for order & delivery problems. DoorDash didn't mess up the order, they just picked it up and delivered.They tell you some bs about having to contact DoorDash because they don'thave access. I didn't place the order through DoorDash, I placed it through IHOP. I really don't appreciate having to go to the restaurant after I paid for delivery that was the whole point so I didn't have to go there. I also didn't appreciate the manager's attitude toward it all. They need to make sure orders are correct before they leave the restaurant. They won't get any of my money ever again.
